How long does it take to generate an image?

Images are typically generated in 30-60 seconds.

What if I am not safisfied with the quality of generated images?

We're always working to improve the quality of our image generation process. If the output does not meet your expectations, please contact support and let us know what kind of look/style you'd like to see.

How should I structure my prompt for best results?

For best results, be clear and specific in your prompts. Include details such as subject, style, colors, themes, and any particular elements you want in the design. For example, "A vintage-style illustration of a cat with pastel colors" is more effective than just "cat".

Will the same prompt produce different results?

Yes, each time an image is generated, even from the same prompt, the output will be unique.

How does image size work for prompts?

Image size allows you to specify the aspect ratio for your output images. Our minimum aspect ratio is 1:2 and maximum is 2:1.

What is the fit to product aspect ratio?

Fit to product produces images that are the same aspect ratio as the print area of your selectd product.

How do the event and style presets work together with my prompt?

The event and style presets create images with a specific theme or art style in conjunction with your prompt. For example, a prompt of "Dog wearing sunglasses" with "Christmas" and "Minimalist" selected would generate an image with a dog wearing sunglasses in a Christmas theme and a minimalist art style.

Can I use more than one event and style with my prompt?

While combining event and style can produce unique and interesting results, selecting more than one event may produce unexpected results.

What if image generation takes too long?

We aim to generate an image within 60 seconds. If generation takes longer than 120 seconds, we automatically add a credit back to your account.

Can I use a prompt with adult content?

We check all submitted prompts for general appropriateness. Any prompts rejected will have credits returned to your account.

Credits

How many images does a single credit generate?

Each generation includes four (4) image variations to choose from.

Do credits ever expire?

Purchased credits never expire and can be accessed from any device when logged in.

Is there a limit to how many images I can generate?

You are only limited by the amount of credits available in your account. We allow users to submit new prompts after 30 seconds have passed from the submission of a previous prompt.

Designing

What file formats do you accept for designs?

We accept various file formats, including PNG, JPEG, and SVG. For best results, ensure your files are high-resolution and have a transparent background if needed.

What is the resolution of generated images?

Generated images start at around 1000x1000 and are upscaled to a minimum dimension of 3000px for printing.

What is remove background?

Remove background makes your images look better by making pixels that are not part of the main subject transparent. We automatically remove the background for all generated images. You can restore the background for any removed background in the designer.

Can I save and re-use my images?

Yes, once logged in, your generated and uploaded images are accessible on any device.

Can I use multiple images or text in my design?

Yes, our user-friendly designer allows you to add multiple image and text layers to create a unique product.

How can I customize my text?

Our designer includes dozens of style categories with 1000's of fonts to choose from.

Are the products high quality?

Yes, we source products that feature high-quality materials and use state-of-the-art printing techniques to ensure your custom products are durable and vibrant.

What products can I customize?

We offer a wide range of customizable products, including apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats), accessories (phone cases, bags), home decor (mugs, pillows), wall art (canvases, posters), and more.

How can I choose the right size?

We provide detailed size charts for all apparel products. The size guide can be found in the products section of the designer.

Ordering

Can I order just one item, or is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity; you can order just one item or as many as you need.

How do I order different colors and sizes of the same design?

You can easily add additional colors and sizes for selected colors in the checkout section of our designer.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Since we focus on turning your order around as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after you submit your order. To avoid issues, please double-check your design mockups to confirm image selection, alignment, and spelling.

Can I re-order designs from a past order?

Yes, all orders are saved to your account. Simply click the re-use design button to start a new design based on an existing design.

Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time typically takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number automatically via email to monitor its progress. You can also track orders in your account.

What is your return policy?

Since our products are custom-made, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please read our return policy for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to customers in the US. Feel free to contact support if you'd like to order outside of the US.
